Santa Cuba is affiliated with Cuba AIDS Project. Cuba AIDS Project has been actively involved with the Monseratte Church HIV support group in Central Habana since 1995. U.S. Treasury licensed humanitarian travel to Cuba is possible through Cuba AIDS Project's Specific License from the Office of Foreign Assets Control.
